Hi, I’m Nina.
I’m a mum of three, and an accredited mindset & life coach supporting mums who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, and no longer feel like themselves.
Like many mums, I know how easy it is to put everyone else first while quietly carrying the mental load of everyday life. From the outside everything can look fine, but inside there can be constant pressure, worry, and the feeling that you’re never quite doing enough.
For a long time I believed this was simply part of being a parent - that feeling stressed, exhausted, or mentally overloaded was just something mums had to push through.
But through mindset coaching I began to understand that the stress we experience comes from automatic mental patterns and beliefs we were never taught to recognise or question.
My goal is to help mums move from simply surviving to truly thriving!

Mindset & Life Coaching is a form of personal development that helps you understand, strengthen, and reshape the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that drive your behaviour. I will work with you to:

Lasting mindset change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, understanding, and the right support.
My programme includes 12 sessions (online or in-person) spread over several months, giving you the space to reflect, learn, and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels manageable alongside the demands of everyday life.
In the early sessions, we gently explore some of your past experiences to understand where certain anxious or limiting thought patterns may have developed. This helps bring awareness to patterns that may still be influencing how you think and feel today.
As the programme progresses, I will guide you through practical tools and techniques to help you quiet an overactive mind, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop a calmer, more supportive mindset.
The goal is to help you move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck in your thoughts to feeling more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
